BROWNWOOD ISD GIFTED & TALENTED REFERRAL

Brownwood ISD is beginning the referral process for G/T identification for the 2025-2026 school year. An overview of characteristics of gifted and talented students as well as program design can be found by clicking the link (Link for Information).

Anyone wishing to refer a student attending 1st-12th grade at Brownwood ISD may request referral information by emailing Jennifer Gwathmey (jennifer.gwathmey@brownwoodisd.org). Referral forms and parent inventory must be completed and returned to your child’s home campus by November 21st.

*Kindergarten referrals will be accepted in January.
